Abstract

This study aims analyzing psychological factors, social factors and physical factors together against job satisfaction of employees of pt. pioneers graha palemban and analyzing psychological factors, social factors and physical factors partially on the job satisfaction of employees of pt. pioneers graha palembang. The research design used in this study is associative. The variables used are independent variables, namely Psychological Factors, Social Factors and Physical Factors and also the dependent variable, namely employee job satisfaction. Data collection techniques using documentation, analytical methods using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results of the study, (1) The results of multiple linear regression prove that there is a positive influence of psychological factors, social factors and physical factors on job satisfaction, then this shows that the ups and downs of psychological factors, social factors and physical factors will have an impact on the ups and downs of job satisfaction. (2) The results of hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) using a 95% confidence level, showed there was a significant influence of psychological factors, social factors and physical factors together on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Palembang Graha Pioneers (3) Hypothesis test results through t test (partial) using a 95% confidence level, showed there was a significant influence of psychological factors, social factors and physical factors partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pioneers Graha Palembang.
