Stasiun Tigagajah. The data collection technique used in this writing is through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population in this study was 33 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that either partially or simultaneously shifts work and motivation work to performance employees at PT.</em> <em>KAI </em><em>(Persero)</em><em> UPT. Stasiun Tigagajah. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.591. Pandinyovita_87@untag-sby.ac.id<p>This research focuses on the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in the tofu industry in Bohar, Sidoarjo, with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing environmental impacts. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews and direct observation in the field. The results showed that the tofu factory in Bohar has implemented GSCM practices, including pollution prevention, product management, and sustainable development. One example is the utilization of solid waste as animal feed and the treatment of liquid waste using a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), which has a positive impact on the environment. However, challenges such as efficient water use management still need to be addressed. The method used is the descriptive method using<br>observation, documentation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is<br>Qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis, namely data obtained using quantitative descriptive<br>techniques which provide objective observation results on data obtained using a simple formula research<br>model for efficiency ratios and efficiency assessment criteria.After conducting research, it was found that<br>the results of the 2019 Budget analysis of IDR 1,155,924,600.00 were realized at IDR 1,016,766,200.00, this<br>shows that there was a cost efficiency of IDR 139,158,400.00 or a percentage of 87%. Meanwhile, in the<br>2020 budget, Rp. 881,375,180.00 was realized at Rp. 751,774,930.00 and showed an increase in efficiency of<br>Rp. 129,600,250.00 or a percentage of 85%. The 2021 budget cost of IDR 1,023,429,440.00 was realized at<br>IDR 819,976,296.00 and showed an increase in efficiency of IDR 203,453,144.00 or apercentage of 80%. The analytical method used in this research was Multiple Linear<br>Regression. Apart from that, this research also carried out classical assumption tests which<br>included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation<br>tests. The results of this research showed that partially Third Party Funds (DPK) did not<br>have a significant influence on profitability with a significance value of 0.155 > 0.05.<br>Meanwhile, liquidity had a significant negative influence on profitability with a significance<br>value of 0.021 < 0.05. The results of this research showed that Third Party Funds (DPK) and<br>Liquidity (LDR) simultaneously or together had a significant influence on Profitability (ROA)<br>with a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. The results of <br>multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 1,294 + 0.201 X1 + 0.437 X2 + 0.305 X3. Based on the R <br>value of the correlation coefficient obtained using the interpretation guideline table, it can be seen that R = <br>0.908 is in the position 0.800-1.000, so the relationship is stated to be very strong, while the r square figure <br>(coefficient of determination) is 0.825 or 82.5%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent <br>variables, namely Entrepreneurial Spirit (X1), Peer Environment (X2) and Proactive Personality (X3) is <br>82.5% to the dependent variable, namely Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y). Meanwhile, the remaining 17.5% was <br>contributed by other factors not examined in this study. Partially or t-test, namely with the t-count value of <br>the Entrepreneurial Spirit variable (X1) of 2.561 > ttable 1.995, meaning that there is an influence of the <br>Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Entrepreneurial Mindset (Y) of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students. The method used in this research is a<br>descriptive method, with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the<br>research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that from the simple linear regression<br>equation, namely Y= 0.583 + 0.977 . The coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.847 or equal to 84.7%.<br>This shows that Revisit Intention (Y) is influenced by 84.7% by Customer Experience (X) while the remaining<br>15.3% is explained by other factors not explained in this research. The results of the hypothesis test show that<br>the tcount of the Customer Experience (X) variable is 13.620.
