Kolegial has found that more and more papers that have ignored the standard of writing including the references, citations, writing mechanism, and formatting that make editors spend more time to deal with those issues which influence the quality of our journal. Since our journal is not funded, WE WILL CHARGE AUTHORS IF THEY CANNOT REVISE THE ISSUES.
